What distinguishes McKennaii?

The strain is commonly associated with energetic colonisation and pronounced fruiting bodies. That does not remove the need for careful handling: stable temperature, fresh air and good hygiene remain more important than the name on the kit. McKennaii is a comparatively modern cubensis name created in tribute to ethnobotanical writer Terence McKenna. The exact breeding history is not reliably documented, so claims about a single origin should be treated cautiously. Its reputation in cultivation is based more on vigorous visible development than on a verifiable wild locality.
