Scope
These terms apply to use of this website and orders placed through the webshop. Product details, prices, payment methods and delivery options displayed at checkout form part of the order information.
Customer responsibility
You must be legally capable of placing an order and must check the laws that apply in your country, region and municipality. Availability on this website is not a statement that possession, import, cultivation or use is lawful at your destination.
Product information
We aim to describe products clearly, but images are illustrative and living material can vary in colour, shape, development and timing. Current price, package contents and availability are those shown in the webshop when the order is placed. Contact support before ordering when a product detail is essential to your decision.
Orders and payment
An order is accepted when the shop confirms it. We may decline or cancel an order when payment fails, information appears incorrect, stock is unavailable or fulfilment would conflict with legal or carrier restrictions. Use only the payment details generated for the current order.
Delivery
Delivery estimates are not guarantees. You are responsible for entering a complete address and for any lawful customs or import requirements. Carrier delays, customs checks and local collection rules can affect delivery. Contact support promptly if tracking shows an unexpected issue.
Biological products
Grow kits contain living material and natural variation is part of every crop. Use the online grow guide for setup, observation, harvest and preparation for a following flush, and contact support before trying an unverified correction.
Returns and problems
Because product condition and eligibility can depend on timing, contact support promptly and before returning anything. Keep the order details and photographs of the parcel or product where relevant. Consumer rights that cannot legally be excluded remain unaffected.
Website use
Do not misuse the website, attempt unauthorised access or interfere with checkout and security functions. Educational content may be linked for ordinary reference, but site text, branding and original media may not be republished as a competing commercial resource without permission.
Contact
Questions about these terms or an order can be sent through the secure contact form. Include the order number where applicable so the request can be matched efficiently.
If any part of this information conflicts with mandatory consumer law, the mandatory law applies.
